I often sit in the company of spirit and receive words of inspiration and guidance. Here are some words from my spirit team I’d like to share with you from April 2020 when we were first dealing with the pandemic lockdown.
“Some of you are asking why this is happening in your world right now and even feeling that you are being punished. Let us reassure you that this is not so. There is no punishment that can be wrought on you for we do not judge you.
Your spirit has come to the physical world to experience. These experiences can be uplifting and joyous or they can be testing and full of sadness. All experiences are valuable to your progress. Each of you will deal with these experiences in your own way depending on your level of expansion. If you are working from a materialistic and fearful base you will find much struggle but if you have expanded the boundaries of your consciousness you will find the hard times easier to bear. The struggles become just another experience to learn from.
To flourish, your soul requires all shades of experiences, all types of emotions and all different outcomes to situations beyond your control. When a situation is beyond your control you must cease to engage in it. Step back and release the need to change things. You cannot change anything outside of yourself, only your inner world can be made more comfortable. Your reaction to anything that life throws your way is your teacher and you will have true freedom if you adapt your reality because the quality of your reality is your choice.
Feel gratitude for what you already have. Everything else will work out in time. You are loved by us all. Breathe fresh air through your open window, feel the soft breeze across your face and lift your gaze to the sun. Listen to the chatter of birds, the distant hum of human life and feel the love of spirit enter your being.
Do not feel alone. You are all connected to each other and to us. If you could all just open your eyes to really see you will know the truth.”
