This workshop is an introduction to Native American Shamanism lead by Sophie.

You will learn about journeying in the altered states and working with power animals.

You will also explore the elements and will experience an elemental awakening.

You will connect with your spirit guides and learn how to unfold your awareness.

Bring drums or rattles if you have them for a shamanic healing experience.

You should expect to leave the workshop uplifted and energised and with a greater understanding of how we are all connected.
